Parth Jindal's Cheeky Tweet Adds Fuel to the ISL Finale Heat

“Vengeance is best served when served cold”. This is a famous English adage which has probably been used so much that a cliché will be an understatement for the same. However, vengeance is what Bengaluru owner, Parth Jindal is eyeing at.

A couple of years back, Jeje unleashed massive destruction upon Bengaluru FC in the colours of Mohun Bagan from which the former not only did slip up front but had to gift away the title of I-League to Bagan after a goal in the dying embers from Bello Razzaq.

Parth Jindal, the owner of Bengaluru FC has tweeted: “JEJE we remember that day against Bagan when you took the title away from us - JEJE you want war! We will bring you what you have never experienced before - from all of us @bengalurufc bring it on! We are ready and waiting - may the best team win”.

War of words was always something which has rattled several nerves before the encounter began. In one such recent fights, Ranjit Bajaj left East Bengal unsettled with his blasphemy at the East Bengal incumbents just before the grand finale of I-League.

Is this another such incident to foment Jeje? If this is so, then Bengaluru should have a master plan up their sleeve to stall the efforts of this Mizo sniper. He has a very keen eye for the goal and given an iota of space, he is capable of flipping in anything which he will have at his behest.

On the contrary, if he is simply instigated and he misses out on early opportunities, we have seen Jeje making a hash of things at the grandest of all stages. Is this simply a way of rescinding a threat even before it has done any damage or is it simply a challenge from Jindal to bring out the best amongst all the players?

Time shall be the key to all the answers. A few more hours and we go into the finals of ISL season 4. Who will walk away with the bragging rights? Will it be Bengaluru FC who has been the indomitable juggernaut in the Indian football scene right since their inception or will it be Chennai who will not bow down unless the last whistle has been blown?

Which side will conquer the ISL-4 title?
Bengaluru FC
Chennaiyin FC
