Football is a beautiful game and Bengaluru FC is currently taking every step possible to make this game even better. It is not just on the pitch that they have displayed an array of scintillating performances but they have been equally magnanimous off the field too.

Recently, Kerala has been going through tough times as the state has been deluged due to heavy downpour for a week and the death toll has risen to 37 officially. There were more than 25 landslides reported which can raise the toll to an even higher margin.

Caring about the city, Bengaluru FC has decided to stall their rivalry with Kerala for a while and has sought for help on an earnest note. They have tweeted, “It’s time to leave rivalries aside! Bengaluru, let’s join hands to help Kerala in these trying times. For more information, call 09071151117. #BFCCares #WeAreBFC

The requirement list for help includes daily paraphernalia like soaps, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, clothes, medicines, Dettol, basic first aid kit, packed food, sanitary pads, candles, matchboxes. There are no funds involved in it whatsoever, which will ensure that even the smallest gesture of help from your end is being conveyed to the people in dire need of it. However, our close sources reveal that the club is giving out about INR 5 lacs into the cause to help the affected.

It will indeed be great if everyone in and around Bengaluru can drop in even with the slightest form of help and they will take it to Kerala. If you are willing to help the people in need, you can drop by the Bengaluru Football Stadium with your helping products and they will take it over from there. In case of any necessary queries, please feel free to connect in the aforementioned number and all your questions will be answered too.

This will be an example set by Bengaluru FC. Given their current stature in Indian football, this movement is bound to rivet the attention of many football lovers, which consequentially shall bring in a flood of help to combat against the wrath of Mother Nature.

Jersey Football magazine wishes all the best to BFC in their efforts to raise help and also wishes a strong recovery from this predicament to Kerala people. Be safe and be sound.
