Quelling all the hype and wild speculations of plying his trade for other clubs in this season, Haitian talisman, Sony Norde has been signed by Mohun Bagan all over again. The communiqué arrived a few hours back as in an exclusive moment the official page of Mohun Bagan released the information.

After the signing of Egyptian midfielder, Omar Nabil, Sony posted a poignant message on his wall which articulated utter sadness for not receiving any official declaration from the Mohun Bagan brass for the season.

However, the Haitian international took down his post enigmatically and in a couple of hours, the first communiqué arrived from Ebela, a collaborative effort of ABP. According to insiders, a gigantic sum has been offered to Norde and the Haitian will be offered a contract for seven months after he appears for his fitness.

Norde is hell-bent to substantiate his fitness after he left the club in the preceding season with an excruciating knee injury. His final words were wrapped in tears and he pledged to return to the club again for all the love that he had received.

Just on the brink of Kolkata’s biggest revelry, happy news graced their festive mood as Sony Norde is all set to join Bagan again and will lash oppositions back and forth for a fourth consecutive season.

Is this the best Mohun Bagan could do for this season?
