Acosta wanted by Paris Saint-Germain!!!

It was the transfer deadline day and all the big clubs across Europe were chasing their targets, with the ambition of making some necessary amendments to their botched up summer decisions.

With Neymar injured, the ambitions of French stalwarts, Paris Saint-Germain, suffered a massive setback. They never really earned themselves a proper replacement for one of the most-sought-after striker in the world.

With that being said, they are now looking to sign Luciano Acosta. The 24-year-old midfielder nicknamed The Jewel is currently with MLS club DC United and has been really impressive in recent times. He is wanted by a host of big European clubs and it seems that the Ligue 1 champs are now in the hunt too.

The Argentine superstar has been a sensation playing alongside the likes of Wayne Rooney and can really boost the PSG attack. If the move is completed though, it will be interesting to see if he is able to capture a place in the playing eleven or is just a temporary replacement.

He has never represented Argentina at the national level and was a late bloomer, which could mean that this could be his big ticket to make a name for himself in Europe, if the deal goes through.

An interesting transfer saga that could continue for the upcoming transfer windows, for a player with a rather familiar name and an eye-catching personality, will be a delight for the Indian and Paris fans. Good luck Acosta!!
