According to The Sun, Manchester United has agreed personal terms with Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Greizmann over £72.8m transfer, which will make him the third highest paid Non-English player in the Premier League after Sergio Aguero and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

United have indicated that the club has agreed to meet the £89m release clause, which will take the total cost of the transfer including wages, fee, transfer and bonuses to be £170m.

The Sun claim that the Atletico Madrid forward has accepted the United’s offer of a five-year deal worth £280,000 a week.

The news of United signing Griezmann has been around the space for a while now. However, The Chosen One, Jose Mourinho has time and again made it clear that signing Griezmann has been among his top priorities who’s keen on revamping his squad to go for the title next season(If he remain the Gaffer!).

The transfer will keep the Frenchman for 5 years at the Old Trafford with the clause of extending it for three more years. Not only that, we even went further to find that each goal the forward scores will get him approx. £90,000 in bonus.
